You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

You retain all rights to your User Content, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such User Content for the purpose of providing and improving our Services.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all necessary rights to grant us the license described above.

7. Prohibited Conduct

  • Use our Services to distribute malware or harmful code

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL COINDD BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
